Starting Equipment not an option in the character builder

We session 0’ed our group last night, and I ended up with three players (of six) whose characters have no option for ‘Starting Equimpent’ in the character builder; a Centaur Exemplar, a Human Animist and an Orc Thaumaturge. They were using Demiplane on an up to date M1 MacBook Air on Safari and/or Firefox, a newer Dell on Chrome and/or Edge, and a ipad Pro on safari. We tried backing in and out of the “Equipment” sections, clearing caches, logging out of Demiplane and back in; one player even restarted their devices.

Any thoughts?

I was having the same problem. Looks like the reason is because there’s no Exemplar Kit with Armor, Weapons, Gear, and Options. Best bet is to find the Quick Equipment Packages in Chapter 6 for any class based on what build you’re going for with your Exemplar, and tweak/customize items from there.
