Subscription not working

I purchased a monthly subscription less than a week ago and now it is not recgnizing I have one and wants me to subscribe again.

Kind of similar issue that just began an hour ago. I have an active Annual Roll20 Pro sub and now Demiplane is telling me I need to sub. I have been using these 2 linked and Sync’d accounts for months without issue. Yesterday (2026/01/18) Roll20 had some serious issues, is this connected possibly and the aftermath of this?

I could have sworn I had a purchased a demiplane only subscription, but now it’s asking me to delete characters. Even if I try to delete characters they still populate my character list. I’m not sure what’s going on. I also tried to repurchase a subscription, but it’s not recognizing my credit card. I’ve contacted customer service and am waiting to hear back.

Same here my subscription is through Roll20, I can link my accounts, Roll20 shows my subscription but Demiplane made me delete characters in order to continue.

I have a game tonight so I tried to resubscribed thinking I could request a refund later but the system just keeps spinning.

I am seeing that it does not recognize any of my purchases and i is asking me to delete all but 7 of my hundreds of characters. It shows that I do not have a subscription event though I have a yearly that runs until the end of November 26

I have the same issue, subscription and purchases.

I also noticed that when I try to make a new character it keeps sending me to the home page even though I only just started using and have less than the 7 characters

It won’t even let me delete any of my characters. I have a demiplane only subscription (got it directly through demiplane). Roll20 was wonky all last week, so I’m wondering if that is playing any part in this issue with demiplane.

Same… and i verified I subscribed to the annual plan in June… I hope they update soon and hopefully roll back whatever they did.

Same, no longer showing me as subscribed and no longer have access to the daggerheart book I’m meant to be sharing with my group

I also verified that I do as well. I have the receipt in my email still that I purchased a yearly. My next bill date is Nov. of 2026.

It seems to be working for me now. Unfortunately I was forced to delete some characters so twist my rubber arm I’ll have to recreate them again.

Everything seems to be working fine on my end as well now. :slight_smile: Time to make me a Salubri.
