Subscription Support

My Subscription renewal had an error. The email I received says the payment used failed. I have re-entered the account info and received the same result. Is there anyway to get more feedback on why this is failing so I can further troubleshoot on my end.

I just had a thought on this. With the recent acquisition of Demiplane by Roll20, did you switch bank/processor for credit transactions? I have a virtual card setup that only the original processor can use. That could be what is going on here.
