My Subscription renewal had an error. The email I received says the payment used failed. I have re-entered the account info and received the same result. Is there anyway to get more feedback on why this is failing so I can further troubleshoot on my end.
I just had a thought on this. With the recent acquisition of Demiplane by Roll20, did you switch bank/processor for credit transactions? I have a virtual card setup that only the original processor can use. That could be what is going on here.

I feel stupid asking this but where on this site do I find what I actually get for subscribing? So far all I see is that I can make unlimited characters (fine I guess?) and I can share “my” content with up to 24 other people. Sounds great I guess except my players and I game IRL regularly at a table. I already own a lot of Pathfinder books both physical and digital. I tried messing with the character creator but 95% of everything seems to be locked behind a paywall.
What do I get for the paid subscription? Does paying the subscription unlock all the books for Pathfinder 2e? Is there an option or ability to unlock options for books I already own? Is there a significant discounted price to unlock options for books I can prove I already own?
I get that money has to be made, but I’m really confused. I already use Pathbuilder 2e and Archives of Nethys so before I spend money on this I would like to know what the heck am I getting in addition to the rather obvious things mentioned. Where on this site does it actually say what we get for our money?
You have to purchase the books here. If you own the PDFs from Paizo you get a book discount here if you link your accounts.
If you subscribe to Roll20 it will unlock a sub here for you as well, and whatever PF books you own there will unlock here also.
Subscribing, like you’ve seen, lets you share content and have more than 7 characters. (And sharing content lets everyone you shared with use the character creator with all the option from the Demiplane books you own available…)
