If I purchase sundered waves here, will I get a pdf at paizo? If yes, how do I receive it?

Yes, you should get the pdf at paizo as well.
If your account is connected with your paizo account, it should appear under my account>digital content. If it is not there, try refreshing the sync between the accounts on demiplane.
