You will not lose your characters during the switch. You simply won’t be able to access your characters during the downtime between canceling your monthly Membership and starting your annual Membership (which should only be as long as it takes you to make that transaction).

So I cancel my existing memberrship, then do a new one with the same credeitials with the annual membership.

They already have, problem is it doesn’t work with the older system, once you’re on the newer system though, you can switch between monthly and annual easily.

In order to support annual memberships, we switched from our legacy subscription system to a new one. Canceling and renewing is how you switch to the new system. Once you’ve switched over, you can change between the annual and monthly plans with ease.
On that note. Now that I have switched over to annual billing, when I check my sharing info, I show 7/24 shares, but there are no names listed like in the previous system. How can I see with whom I’m sharing?
