How do I fix this? This is in chrome on a 4K display normal 100% zoom, nothing unusual.

I found what was different about my system. In the chrome settings in appearance it was set to large font size. On medium, the default setting, it doesn’t overlap.
Thanks for the follow up - we are going to be making some tweaks to the side navigation soon, so it will still be good for us to be able to keep that in mind for accessibility purposes.
