When I hover over hyperlinks and the popup has a “click to see more” bar at the bottom, it no longer works (it used to). In fact, it’s difficult to get any link to work by clicking on it - the popup often flashes repeatedly, preventing any other interaction.
Thanks for letting us know, I’ve got this in front of our dev team and they’re going to look into it further.

I think I’ve resolved the hovering part: when the pop-up covers the link itself, it flashes repeatedly thus preventing you from clicking on it. As long as I scroll the link to the bottom (or top) of the page, and the pop-up doesn’t cover it, it works as it should. On Edge, the pop-up doesn’t happen as quickly as it does in Chrome, which lessens the effect, i.e., you have time to click it before the pop-up appears. On both browsers it will flash eventually unless you move your cursor from the link location to somewhere else on the pop-up, at which point the on/off flashing will end.
However, the “click to see more” at the bottom of the pop-up still does not work on either browser.
