Unable to accept Join request?

I have a friend that tried joining via the invite link. She was able to request just fine, but when I went to accept, I was at first not given the accept button/link. When it finally populated and I clicked it, it said unable to accept request and she is not in the party.

Tangentially, I do have 1 player that is both “in the party” and “in the lobby” at the same time.

And now a second player from the Party is showing back up in the Lobby (while still in the party)…

Hey VampyreBytes, this one is honestly a little beyond what I think I can help with. I’d like to have you reach out to our support team. They should be better equipped to figure out what’s going on here.
