Unable to Add Weapon Potency Runes to weapons

When viewing a weapon and attempting to add the weapon potency (any weapon, any character) it does not add the rune and grays out the back arrow and X closure button. I must reload the page to get out of it. This is true with Chrome or Safari as well.

I came here to report this as well. Chrome console shows a few errors, failing to connect to one js library and a type error with an undefined value. Should be easy to replicate.
