Hi! My friend is attempting to create a demiplane account and keeps getting a “something went wrong try again later” message.
She said she has tried 6 separate occasions, over 2 days, with 3 different computers and with different usernames.
Is this a known bug? We are preparing to launch a Daggerheart campaign and have just postponed our session zero a few more days, so that we can hopefully get her set up in time to play!
I should add that the only way I am able to login is by using my Google SSO, I get the same error message when I try to log in using my username and password.
Since this has to do with account creation I’d like to have you actually reach out directly to our support team who will be much better able to assist with getting this resolved for you both!
