I tried to create a VTM character using the character tools, but the only option was to purchase a monthly or annual subscription. Is there no way to create a VTM character using basic membership?
Nevermind! I realized that I had seven characters created on the Pathfinder 2e nexus. Once I deleted a couple of them I was able to create a VTM character.
