Unable to log In - Email Already in Use

I have an account that I haven’t used in a long time. I tried to log in today with my username and password. I was prompted to enter my name as if the account was new. I did this, and received the above error. I tried using my email address, same thing. I tried using Google SSO, thinking perhaps I had switched to that but no dice. I tried resetting my password - received a reset link, set my new password, tried to log in… and was prompted top enter my name to create a new account and received the error above.

How do I log in?

Sorry for the trouble you’re having. We’re working on a fix for this right now but in the meantime if you send us a support request we’ll get you back into your account right away.

I am also having this same issue. I’ve tried clearing browser cache and everything and I still can’t get in. I only made my account a month ago.

And 21 days later. This is still an issue. Maybe you guys should fix this?

I think I understand what happened if this helps with Demiplane staff to fix it, I forgot that I used Facebook when logging in the first time, so when I tried to log in without using Facebook it wasn’t allowing me to log in due to the fact Demiplane didn’t have my first and last name registered to that email so it was asking then the sign-up page where it asks for those goes to make an account instead of update an account, so to fix it try and have it either update the account or no require first and last name as that seems to me the primary issue
