Unable to log In - Email Already in Use

I have an account that I haven’t used in a long time. I tried to log in today with my username and password. I was prompted to enter my name as if the account was new. I did this, and received the above error. I tried using my email address, same thing. I tried using Google SSO, thinking perhaps I had switched to that but no dice. I tried resetting my password - received a reset link, set my new password, tried to log in… and was prompted top enter my name to create a new account and received the error above.

How do I log in?
