Upload character image layout broken

For some reason the upload image for character dialog has been broken for me for more than a month:

Very odd! I’m not able to reproduce this at all and it’s clearly very broken for you. What browser are you using and can I have you try a different one?

This is happening for me using Opera, Brave and Edge. Exact same Issue:

Thanks to both of you for letting us know about this. I’ve got a ticket filed now with our dev team so that they can see exactly what’s going on with this.
