Versatile Weapons

When you have a versatile weapon, how in the character sheet do you roll for one hand or with two hands? I do not see the option to set this.

A couple of options.

In the equipment, make sure when you equip the weapon set it to Both Hands if you don’t swap out things all that often.

Oddly, this doesn’t add this option to the actions and it will still say the one handed damage. Maybe something for the devs to look at.

On the action option itself, use the downward arrow to change your weapon damage.

Otherwise, you can click on the action in your actions tab and get the full list of what you can do.

Hope this helps!

Thanks so much for the help!
I incorrectly assumed that longsword could be wielded with two hands (I thought this was what versatile meant). But longswords doe not have the two-hand trait.

I have another question you may be able to help with.

My PC has the Deadly Simplicity trait but is not bumping up the longsword damage form d8 to d10. Is there something I have to do to apply the feat to the weapon to increase its damage die?

Mm. For that one I think you’ll need to edit the damage die on the weapon manually. I don’t believe it auto-applies the damage die increase from looking at the Cleric feat. I imagine if the Devs wanted to enable that, they would need to have an option to actually select the weapon type. Sounds a bit finicky.

To manually edit the damage die, click on the weapon in your inventory, then go to the ellipses menu:

Scroll down to the damage die and up it appropriately.

Thanks again! I manually increased the damage die.
