VIC Jammer not showing up under cybereye options

Demiplane recently added the Mixing Drinks and Changing Lives DLC options. Reading the DLC on Demiplane shows the VIC Jammer under the options, But when i go to install it on the character sheet, it doesnt show up. Am i missing something?
