So, I previously purchased Tattered Facade via Demiplane. However, the content is showing as locked when I either go to create new characters or click for a description of an element on a previously created character. Ex: Tattered Facade purchased previously, but clicking for a description of the Up All Night Merit yields no description and a “unlock” icon. If I click the unlock icon it sends me to purchase the book again.
I am having a similar issue with books that have been provided to me via content sharing by a DM.

I also wanted to add I made sure all the content sharing is turned on. I also checked my Library and ALL the books are locked, even Tattered Facade, which I purchased rather than having it shared to me by a DM.
I’m really sorry that you’ve had to reach out to them so much in such a short time period. Their response time varies a little bit depending on their work load but it’s usually less than 48 hours, oftentimes quicker.
Support got back to me a little bit ago. It seems like it’s a more complicated fix than I first thought. It may take them a bit to fix the issue. But yeah, it has been week as far as demiplane issues are concerned. I am hoping that’s the last of them for the week since I have a VtM game tomorrow night.
Well, the situation is solved. It ended up needing escalated, but ultimately the solution was to send me a redemption code for the book I already purchased that wasn’t working. Seemed to have done the trick. Not sure what caused the issue in the first place, but it’s resolved now.
