It seems like the WAND, 1ST-RANK SPELL tries to use cantrips instead of 1st level spells? But MAGIC WAND (1ST-RANK) does pull a 1st level spell.
When adding Mystic Armor, for instance, you see the below issue:
I haven’t tested the other ranks.
Looks like it’s the Beginner Box version that is having the issue?
