What is the correct way to level up?

Not sure if this is a me issue or a Demiplane issue.

I’m slowly moving the campaign I am running for my volunteer group onto digital sources so that I have digitial backups of everything.

Today I created a level 3 vault dweller for one of the kids, The character created perfectly, and we were able to export it to PDF for printing (we play pen and paper during the game).

Tonight, after the game I go to update the character sheet. The massive list of equipment they collected adds to the character sheet easily and is nicely presented.

I also needed to level up the character to level 5. I enter the character builder, I level up to 5. When the character sheet reloads it is back to level 3 with only the starting equipment.

Is the character builder the correct way to level up? (If it is, it appears to be broken)
Or is there a different way to level up that I should be using?

The character builder is the correct way to level up. I’m sorry to hear that it seems to have reset on you however. I’ll get this over to our dev team so that we can look into what happened. In the meantime when this has happened the best thing you can do is log out of Demiplane and then log back in, that clears out the old cached data and usually fixes things.

Hi, I have cleared my cache and it seems to be working now. Not sure if it was that or the dev team that fixed it.
