What's wrong with my postal code?

My postal code is
41042-8120 in Florence KY USA.

Your website (page title Billing Address ) refuses to accept 41042 or 41042-8120 as a postal code.

It’s not inspiring confidence.

Hi, I submitted a ticket but later figured out my problem. It is looking for a Postal Code in the same row with your credit card number. Once I entered that the purchase when through successfully.
