As the title says, whenever I click on the bell in the top right, the entire page goes to an error screen with the text “TypeError: can’t access property “upload”, H.demiplane_user[0] is undefined”. How do I fix this?
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with crashes like that. The first thing to try would be to clear your cache and cookies, I’d also be interested to know if this happens in another browser.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue though can I get your demiplane username? This might be different from your username in the forums. Once I have that I can escalate to our dev team to see if they know what’s causing this.
Yes, I have tried clearing my cache and checked on both firefox and edge, and it’s still crashing. My username is Zoclatian

I’ve filed a ticket with our dev team. They’ll look into what’s going on here and as soon as I have more information I’ll let you know. I will say that they’ve got a lot on their plates right now so it might be a minute before I can get back to you but I’ll nudge them to be as quick as possible!
