I’m using Demiplane on Safari, and the search field is displaying white text on the white background, making it impossible to tell what I have actually typed, which of course makes searching a lot trickier.
Odd, I can’t test this one myself unfortunately but I’ll get it in front of the team so that someone can take a closer look.
Ok, so here is some more technical info in case it helps. I am having the issue on a MacBook M2 Pro (Sequoia 15.5) when using Chrome (current version 137.0.7151.120 (Official Build) (arm64)).
I do not have the issue with Safari (Version 18.5 (20621.2.5.11.8)) on the same computer, nor do I have it with either browser on my older Mac, nor on my phone (iOS) or my iPad.
Thanks, that seems like it’ll be really helpful. I’ve updated the ticket I made with this information!
Is this still happening? We had someone test it with as close to the same hardware/software as we could get (I’m just not sure what model of MacBook she has) and weren’t able to reproduce the problem. If it is still happening is it in a particular Nexus or is it all of them?
Hi Eve,
Sorry for the slow response, I was away on vacation. It does not look like it is happening any more. I’ve tried PF Nexus, SF Nexus, and just for the hell of it, the Cyberpunk one, and in all three cases I can see the text now. Thanks!
Dave
We’re glad to hear it! Don’t hesitate to let us know if the problem ever rears it’s illegible head again. (Also hope you had a great vacation!)
