Why are my purchase items for the Marvel Multiverse on roll20 not working on Demiplane? I thought this was fixed sometime ago?
What do I mean? So it keeps saying I need to unlock the items that I know I already have when creating a new character? And another thing what’s going on with the new Doctor Doom Secret Wars Expansion you have it for sale on Demiplane but I have concerns that like all the other expansions like Spider-man and the Avengers expansion never transferred over well on Roll20?

If I recall correctly the Roll20 doesn’t contain the Compendium which is why the release is so must cheaper than Demiplane
There should only be a single item that if you purchase it on Roll20 you don’t get the Demiplane content. That’s the Spiderverse Expansion. For anything else if you’ve purchased the content and the Demiplane character builder is saying you don’t own it please reach out directly to our support team and they’ll be able to investigate the account side of the issue.
For the Secret Wars Expansion specifically I made sure when we launched it today that it’s set up to grant you access to both the Roll20 VTT Companion as well as the Demiplane Reader and Character Builder content regardless of if you purchase it on Demiplane or Roll20.
