Each country (and sometimes, each province, state, etc. within a country) has its own laws regarding contests, giveaways, and sweepstakes. In some countries, giveaways and sweepstakes require a special license. In other countries, giveaways with winners chosen at random are illegal, for example. With this wide range of regulations, it’s unfortunately not possible to create and manage contests that are universally available to every member of the Demiplane community.
