I might be missing out on how to add Wolvers to a meat arm. But can you do it at this time?

From the Character Sheet (once you’re playing) it is super easy.
You can manually enter the 7 HL and you can slide the “use cash” toggle at the top, so you could do this as a workaround.
From the Builder it looks like you can’t. Though I did make a Street Rat that had them auto-added, so I think this is a bug. Once the Demiplane Team is back online, I’m sure they’ll log it and investigate.
