This might have an obvious answer, but will the content bundles include codes for the .pdf content for my Paizo account?

No codes. You just sync accounts and you get the pdfs. Bought via the bundle or not.

Can verify, the pdfs just popped up in my download section.

Hi Vek - the posters above are correct. You can sync your Demiplane account to Paizo Connect at any time. You can find that answer (and others that may be relevant as you explore Pathfinder nexus) here.
