Paizo Connect is BACK, BAYBEE!

Thank you for being patient, sending us your reports, and staying flexible while our friends at Paizo were working diligently to get Paizo Connect working again. Our team has been in constant contact with Paizo throughout this period so we could get things back up as quickly as possible. We know the downtime was frustrating for everyone, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

I’m happy to share that Paizo Connect is now back up and running!

However, due to the structure of Paizo’s new website, you’ll need to take one extra step to get Connect working again.

Simply:

  • Sign into your account on Demiplane.
  • Click Account > Paizo Connect.
  • Click “Generate Paizo Activation Code.” This will open a new tab.
  • On that tab, log into Paizo.com if you haven’t already.
  • Get the Paizo Activation Code.
  • Add this code to the Paizo Activation Code field on Demiplane (see image below).
  • Click “Sync Account.”

Upon success, you should see the following screen. (Note: The code in this screenshot is invalid, so do not use this!)

If you still have trouble after that, try clearing your cache, logging out, logging back in, and trying the process again. If it still doesn’t work, just send us a support ticket and we’ll help you out!

Reconnected but new purchases not showing up on Paizo. Do I contact DP or Paizo support?…

I was having the same issue, so I reached out to both support teams. Looks like the issue is on the Paizo side. Paizo support is aware and actively working on a fix
