Wanted to come back and let you all know that Paizo is still working to get this resolved. They’ve not provided a timeframe to expect a fix just yet but I can promise that they’re hard at work and we’re doing everything in our power to assist.
Urgh, this sucks, cant’t get the pdf of my new purchase - for the record demi-plane I will likely hold off on any more purchases until this is resolved.
Paizo has undergone a migration that has caused some problems for some users. I solved it by going directly to the Paizo store and resetting the password. From there, you can link Paizo and Nexus without any problems (Just click on Paizo Connect and copy the new code into Nexus)
On another matter, how long does it take to download the PDF from Paizo after making a purchase on Nexus?

It worked for me when I clicked “sync accounts” again on Demiplane - it now removed the old sync code and allowed me to enter the new one that is listed on Paizos new site (Paizo).
Trying to resync sends me into an infinite loop cycle both when I am already logged into Paizo.com and after I log into to the sight after making sure I am logged out before clicking sync.
Can confirm. Paizo site says incorrect password even when it is my correct one when trying to sync via Demiplane…

I had to reset my password on the Paizo store, then disconnect demiplane here Paizo and then generate a new key, popped that in to demiplane and waited ages It has connected. The sync doesn’t work though.

I cannot get a first time activation code from Paizo. Upon clicking get activation code; a new tab is opened for paizo and it says paizo is not responding until I get a message saying something about limit reached at which point nothing happens. Can I get a code directly from Paizo with out using the demiplane account?
That link doesn’t work anymore. You have to go to the new Paizo store to get a code. Keep in mind that PaizoConnect is not currently working though, so even if you get the new code, you won’t be able to sync anything yet.
It’s connected again, but it’s not adding my new titles to the library on Paizo’s site.
I’m still waiting for my new titles to download to Paizo.
I’ve verified that the accounts are correctly linked, but there haven’t been any changes since I purchased Monster Core 2. I want to buy other titles, but I’m not comfortable not being able to download the PDF files.
It’s been 12 days without a solution
Same here. I have reconnected to Paizo connect but I’m not seeing Alien Core PDF show up in my library on Paizo and no link to download. Previously, on Paizo’s old store, when you clicked on a title, it would say “in your downloads” for partner purchases. No such thing anywhere on the site with the new store.
Looks like they fixed it today. I now see my four purchased PDFs on Paizo (regular store library).
Lucky, i still can’t see my december purchases at paizo.
My Hellbreakers is not syncing. I contacted support, and they forced a sync but it’s not showing up and have advised my to contact Paizo directly. Probably going to be my last purchase on Demiplane, sorry folks, I have spent a lot here. It’s a useful tool, but I want those pdfs as well, and cannot be doing with having to email paizo and wait 4 weeks for a response.
I’m sorry for the trouble you’re having getting that PDF. We’re actually looking into this right now. I’ll let you know on this thread once we know it’s fixed. I’m actually not sure yet if you’ll need to reach out to Paizo or not.
To provide an update we’ve reached out to Paizo and they’re investigating as well.
