Paizo Connect not Syncing

Anyone else also still have syncing issue with Paizo? Seems all my new AP purchases are not syncing…

What title or titles are you having trouble syncing with Paizo Connect?

They are always helpful. However, I’d much rather not have to bother them repeatedly and just have the sync working correctly.

It was the second volume of “Revenge of the Runelords”, then problem with “Hellbreaker” again.

One more question then, did you purchase these on our end and not get the PDF from Paizo or did you purchase these from Paizo and not see the discount on our end?

Both had happened, but the most recent occurance was the PDF in my Paizo Library not syncing up with Demiplane. I’m an AP subscriber at Paizo, so the PDF are automatically added to my Paizo Library.

Demiplane seems to have issues syncing adventure PDFs newly added to my Paizo Library.

Wanted to provide an update here. We’ve reached out to Paizo and they’re investigating the sync issues as well.

Seeing the same - mine are from Paizo subscriptions - SoG update, now Hellbreakers (and including some SFS scenarios that are also new)

I have an email chain with Demiplane support with more info - but from what I can see using browser ‘dev mode’. it looks like the sync process MAY be timing out at 30 seconds. Not sure which side the problem is on from what I can see.

Not sure it’s all the same issue - but the symptom of sync not finding new downloads is not unique, at least.

Hi all - we are awaiting Paizo’s updates regarding the Paizo Connect issues. I’m sorry for the delay and know it is frustrating. Getting this resolved is one of our top priorities - we are waiting for responses.

I believe mine is not updating since they changed paizo website. My paizo connect code changed, how do I update this in Demiplane

Just bought Hellfire Dispatches, and as expected (sigh) it’s not syncing… :melting_face:

Yeah, I want to buy the new SF2 stuff but holding off till this is resolved.

Peter and our DemiDev Jake are on it as much as possible with Paizo. Paizo’s tech team has mentioned they are working on it with other technical tickets they have. The moment we hear of a fix, we will tell everyone!

Not meaning to be too much of a Debbie Downer here - but it’s interesting that the Demiplane connection takes 30 seconds to process, then appears to time out (it reports success, but no content, almost exactly 30 seconds after sync is triggered))

Meanwhile, the equivalent button on Smiteworks website responds in less than a second, and actively returns new results - which raises questions on how much of Paizo’s side is really at fault.

Repeating publicly what I said weeks ago via DM - I am more than happy to provide access to my Demiplane account for digging into this. I can provide my most recent Paizo PDF purchases directly for confirmation of what should be returned.

But having a connection that is broken this long (I have not had a successful sync of at least any new product this year - SoG had to be ‘fixed’ manually - I think I had 1 good sync on the new store in December) is ridiculous.
