Paizo Connect not Syncing

I know it’s frustrating that the sync isn’t currently working but there’s currently no further information available. At this time we’re waiting on Paizo and I’ll update folks as soon as we hear from them.

Great news everyone! I was just informed that Paizo Connect is working again. You should be able to resync and have it go into effect right away but if you run into ANY issues please let me know right away so that we can escalate them!

Per request - sync Is again failing for the three newly released books.

I wonder how long I’ll be willing to take this… It’s been almost 6 months, and after me spending hundreds of dollars… :woman_facepalming: I’m pretty sure everyone, especially front line staffs, must be getting really tired of deal with the same issue over and over.

Thanks for making sure we know about this. I’m really sorry that it continues to be a problem. We’ve already escalated the situation to Paizo and are waiting to hear back. As soon as more information is available I’ll let you know.

In a twist … i think i have a 1/3 case. Secrets of the Unlit Star is now showing a publisher benefit.

Troubles in Grayce and Tales from the Vast, however, only show Ultimate discount (and I do have both via subscription)

That seems . . . wierder than either all syncing, or none . . . but figured it was woth reporting, in case I am not a one-off.

With that said - I’m going to reach out to support and not wait this one out. So, if history repeats i may be back in early to mid June (but i think we all hope not :slight_smile: )

Paizo Connect should now be fixed for the 3 most recently released titles!

That’s great - in theory. And, in theory, theory and practice are the same.

In practice, at least for me, only Secrets of the Unlit Star is now working. Troubles in Grayce and Tales from the Void are still not showing the Paizo discount.

I already have a ticket open with support, so I am following up there (and, for digging in, I already provided them evidence I own the PDFs in question.

Thanks. Sorry that it’s still not working properly, I’ll reconnect with our devs so that they can reach back out to Paizo about it. Support is probably doing the same but it never hurts to come at it from two sides.

Seeing the same issue as kholin. Secrets of the unlit star is fixed but Troubles in Grayce and Tales from the Vast are not. I contacted Paizo support and they of course said the issue is on the demiplane side (typical throw it over the fence response).

We did some testing on our end and found that the sync was working as expected. At the moment if anyone is still having trouble with the sync not working properly please reach out to our support team and they’ll be better able to help!

Hell’s Destiny

Note that the STARFINDER scenarios appear to have synced correctly - its only the Pathfinder AP.

As of this morning Hell’s Destiny should be syncing properly. If for some reason it’s still not working please reach out to our support team!

I am reaching out to support as called out - but this is the second month that ‘Syncing should work’ - and I am still having to reach out. I cannot speak for how this is impacting others - but if that is more than a one-off, then there probably needs to be some follow-up (as this has become an every-month thing at this point).

I fully understand how frustrating it is and we’re actively working with Paizo to get the issue resolved once and for all.

Well, my “Hell’s Destiny” is also not syncing. :melting_face:

Pinging here as well - I have reached out to support twice, and have yet to receive a response. I re-sent the request today (So a third time) - but in case that does not work, hoping that someone can confirm with Support that they are working on it, it would be appreciated.

Howdy, y’all. Just chatted with Support (our side of things) and DemiDev Jake is actively working on trying to get a solution from Paizo. Unfortunately, response time is a bit slow and we haven’t gotten a solution from them yet, but the DemiTeam is on it in making sure we get this fixed for you all as soon as possible.

The moment we hear back and can confirm the fix, we will update here.
